Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
    • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We cannot issue refunds on the cost of tariffs paid by the customer, as that is out of our control.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

International Orders & Tariffs

  • Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, or tariffs determined by your country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be returned to us.
    • In this case, you will be refunded only for the item(s) purchased, not the original shipping cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
