Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We cannot issue refunds on the cost of tariffs paid by the customer, as that is out of our control.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.
International Orders & Tariffs
- Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, or tariffs determined by your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be returned to us.
- In this case, you will be refunded only for the item(s) purchased, not the original shipping cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
